About Us

G M P Infrastructure Pvt Ltd(GMP) (in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process - CIRP) was incorporated on December 18, 2009. GMP is the holding company of M/s Panduranga Energy Systems Pvt Ltd. (PESL) which has implemented a 116MW gas based combined cycle plant (GE 6 FA) during 2011. GMP and PESL had entered into Lease on 29-04-2010 for an initial period of 25 years (further extendable by 25 years) for GMP’s land and PESL implemented the project on this GMP’s land of around 132 Acres. This land has been mortgaged to the Banks for PESL’s loans.

Brief Back Ground

M/s. G M P Infrastructure Pvt Ltd was admitted into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) on a petition filed by the Financial Creditor – Union Bank of India (including erstwhile Andhra Bank) under section 7 of IBC,2016. On 05/02/2026, the Hon’ble NCLT Hyderabad Bench admitted the application and appointed Mr. Sivanagaraja Taduvai as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). Currently Mr. Sivanagaraja Taduvai has taken over the charge and controlling the affairs of the company.
